Bedrooms: 1 in each Bungalow

Capacity: 3 (max. 6 adults) - 1 Queen size bed and 1 Twin Size bed in each Bungalow

Kitchen: - Refrigerator, Oven, Freezer, Crockery / Cutlery, Utensils / Kitchen, Coffee maker.

Bathrooms: - 1 Bathroom with shower in each Bungalow.

Views: - Pool, Garden.

General: - Garden furniture, Pool, Fenced plot, Terrace, Safe, Internet access (Wi-Fi). 

** RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **

RESERVATIONS:

Caribbean Rentals CR requires a 50% deposit during the regular season and a 100% deposit for Christmas, New Years', and Easter. The security deposit (refundable) can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal. The balance can be paid before your arrival through Paypal (with a commission of 5%) or in cash (US dollars or Costa Rican colones) upon arrival.

 

POLICIES: Check-in: at 3:00 p.m. (15:00 p.m.) Departure time: at 11 a.m. (11:00 a.m.) At check-in, we ask for a refundable security deposit of $ 500 that we will refund within 4 days of guests' departure. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed inside the properties.

 

CANCELLATION: The reservation deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In high season, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested. In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation is earlier than 3 months prior to check-in. In the low season, the 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID - 19, a credit note will be made to use within a year, or modification of the reservation up to 3 times.

 

COVID -19 The guest agrees to respect the social distancing recommendations and that the attention of the agency and its collaborators is exclusively remote and not in person. The client also agrees to respect the distancing with the maintenance collaborators in case they have to do some work on the property.
