Surrounded by nature, but close to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, you will enjoy a fantastic stay.
Arriving in Playa Chiquita, you will find Villa Cabú a new house, with Indonesian influences. Leave your car in the private parking and enter by this big wooden door, where you will discover first, an amazing open concept living room area, with TV, Wi-Fi, and an opening door with a view of the beautiful pool and the garden.
You will enjoy cooking in this all-equipped kitchen, with high-quality appliances, all your meals.
Your biggest decision of the day will be to decide where you want to sleep.
You want to wake up with a view of the pool and the garden, the master bedroom with its private bathroom, and the king bed are for you. You want to stay close to your child and enjoy the view of the pool, the second bedroom with a king bed and a single bed is a choice. And finally, the last one with 2 bunk beds is perfect as a children´s room, extra guests, or just friends. We will have to share the bathroom but it is big enough for everybody.
The security alarm and safes will keep you safe, days and nights. And the opening concept of the house will give you a sensation of ventilated space everywhere, which is why you won´t find any A/C.
Renting Villa Cabú, a villa with modern installations, you will have the experience to live close to wildlife to see sloths, monkeys, agouti, etc. While remaining close to all activities, beaches, and towns, like Puerto Viejo center, Punta Uva, or Manzanillo.

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **
RESERVATIONS:
Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.
Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 500$.
Check-in: From 3 pm
Check out: 11:00 a.m
It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once. .
CANCELLATION POLICY
The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The only exceptions are the following:
-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested. In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date.
In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in.
In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
