You will find Villa Habanera, a completely new house, with Indonesian influences upon reaching Playa Chiquita. Leave your car in the private parking lot and enter through its large wooden door, where you will discover, first of all, an incredible open concept living room, with TV, Wi-Fi, and a sliding door overlooking the beautiful pool and garden.
Your most important decision of the day will be to decide where you want to sleep:
Do you want to wake up with a view of the pool and garden? The two master bedrooms with king-size beds are for you. Do you want to be close to your child? Two bedrooms with queen size beds and cabins for two people will be your choice.
The security alarm and safes will keep you safe, days and nights. And the open concept of the house will give you a feeling of ventilated space everywhere, so you won't need air conditioning.
Rent Villa Habanera, a villa with modern facilities, will have the experience of living near wildlife to see sloths, monkeys, agoutis, etc. While staying close to all activities, beaches, and settlements, such as downtown Puerto Viejo, Punta Uva, or Manzanillo.

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **
RESERVATIONS:
Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.
Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 500$.
Check-in: From 3 pm
Check out: 11:00 a.m
It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once. .
CANCELLATION POLICY
The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The only exceptions are the following:
-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested. In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date.
In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in.
In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
