**RESERVATION&CANCELLATION POLICY**
RESERVATIONS:
Caribbean Rentals CR requires a 50% deposit during regular and high season and a 100% deposit for Christmas, New year and Easter.
The deposit can be paid by Bank Transfer or Paypal.
The balance can be paid before your arrival through Paypal (with a 5% commission) or in cash (US dollars or Costa Ricans colones) upon arrival.

Check out: at 11h (11:00 AM)
At check-in, we request a refundable security deposit of $500 which we rwill return in the 4 days after of the guests departure.
It is not allowed to smoke in the house.
Pets are not allowed inside the properties.
CANCELLATION:
The reservation deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
In high season, 100% of the total reservation amount will be asked. In case of cancellation the 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded if the cancellation is before the 3 months prior to the check-in.
In low season, the reservation deposit of the 50% is not refundable in case of cancellation.
COVID -19 In the event of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID - 19, a credit note will be issued for use within one year, or modification of the reservation up to 3 times.
