The 2-story house has recently been rebuilt, carefully respecting its spirit as the first-ever house to be built in the area, now forming part of the municipal patrimony. It boasts extremely comfortable social areas as well as ample rooms.
On the top floor, the large kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room seats 12, and an adjoining, relaxing living room is fully equipped with a television and a top-of-the-range music stereo system. There is also a guest bathroom and a balcony with a view of the tropical garden beneath.
On the ground floor are two air-conditioned King-sized bedrooms with 5* sheets and towels, desks, closets, safety boxes, private bathrooms, and small refrigerators in every room, as well as one air-conditioned, 4 single-bed, the smaller room also with its private bathroom. All rooms are at garden level, and all have access to different areas of the garden.
The second floor is the favorite area for guests as its makes you feel as if you are floating above the garden! This means it is also a beautiful nature observatory: an ideal place from which to observe and enjoy all nature has to offer, from toucans and howler monkeys to sloths, colored butterflies, and parakeets singing to the setting sun. The front of the property is the ideal place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the mesmerizing sea.....
There is also a little house, perfct for kids with a TV area with a bunk bed and two single beds.
You will also enjoy the totally new large swimming pool, or you can sunbathe on the deck while the kids or your friends splash in the round bar/kid’s pool. You can also have a delicious barbecue in the outdoor cottage dining area next to the pool. Just a few steps in the opposite direction and you reach the beaches. 'Playa Chiquita' is literally on your doorstep, just 80 steps from the master bedroom - trust us, we've counted!

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **
RESERVATIONS:
Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.
Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 800$.
Check-in: From 3 pm
Check out: 11:00 a.m
It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The only exceptions are the following:
-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested. In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date.
In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in.
In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
