La Casita Tucan is a pleasant, mostly wooden house, made from local hardwood.

The house is fully equipped for self-cooking, including, barbecue and other kitchen appliances.

The swimming pool fits in the jungle environment, tiled with green-colored stones and plenty of tropical vegetation around. It is connected with the house by a large teak deck.

There is a beautiful tropical garden around the house surrounded by huge jungle trees.

The house is equipped with a safe for your personal belongings and there is free internet access available.

The house is on two levels:

 

On the first level, there are 2 rooms, one with 2 single beds, and one with double bed, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace, deck with a very beautiful view of the jungle and the ocean and pool overlooking, and the pool.

On the second floor, there are 2 more rooms one with a double bed and the other with queen size bed, each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you can also enjoy a lounge with comfortable sofas, a deck, and part of the deck covered with lounge chairs and hammocks to relax as if you were in a canopy.

To get to the house it is recommended to have a 4WD car because of the last 100 meters of the steep hill. Nevertheless, the hill location is pleasant, because of the breeze and lack of insects.

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **

RESERVATIONS:

Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.  

Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 500$.

Check out: 11:00 a.m

It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

​

CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once. . 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.

The only exceptions are the following: 

-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested.  In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date. 

In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in. 

In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
