Zen Resort is just 200 meters from the Caribbean Sea and right in the heart of Playa Chiquita.

 

There are restaurants a short walk from the property. This exotic tropical villa is located in lush private gardens next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Our location is perfect for guests who love the beach and want the total convenience of restaurants and a great grocery store just steps away.

 

Zen Resort is custom-made and professionally decorated. All villas have French sliding doors in the living room and bedrooms that open to a covered patio area that brings the tropics indoors. There is a covered outdoor seating area that gives you the option of lounging or dining al fresco. Monkeys, sloths, toucans, and parrots are frequent visitors to the gardens.

 

At Villa Zen there is a beautiful outdoor Balinese style bathroom in the master bedroom and a separate full bathroom and second shower. . The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding doors that open to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double bed and share a large en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning units for a comfortable night's sleep. 

 

Bodhi and Nirvana are two additional villas that have their own pool, kitchen, and huge luxury bathroom. Each has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. . Zen Resort has 9 bedrooms in total. It is the perfect place for large groups, family trips, couples, and more. With a nearly limitless range of activities available including world-class surfing, yoga, fishing, horseback riding, diving, and tropical adventure that everyone will enjoy.

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **

RESERVATIONS:

Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.  

Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 1.000$.

Check-in: From 3 pm 

Check out: 11:00 a.m

​

It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

​

CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once. . 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.

The only exceptions are the following: 

-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested.  In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date. 

In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in. 

In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
